To Grab
- 4 cups cranberries
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 inch grated ginger
- Juice and zest of one orange
To Do
- Combine all ingredients in a saucepan over medium low heat. Cook until most of the cranberries have popped, about 15-20 minutes. Serve with orange zest to finish.
